Want to be an entrepreneur…but don’t know where to start?
Ever dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur… but felt held back because you don’t have the money, the business knowledge, or even an idea to start with?
Here’s the truth: you don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need the right community, and take your first steps to start the snowball rolling.
Luck = Preparation + Opportunity.
I’m on a journey to financial independence, and I’m building a space where we can learn, share, and grow together. A place for people with big dreams but no roadmap, where we turn “I wish” into “I did.”
Join me, and let’s start building our future, one step at a time. Freedom isn’t just possible… it’s inevitable
Hi, I’m Paul
I’m someone who believes life is too short to settle for “just getting by.” I’m curious, ambitious, and always looking for ways to grow, explore, and make the most of my time here.
This site is my space to share what excites me, what I’m learning, and the adventures, big and small, that come along the way.
It’s also a place to connect with others who want more from life, a community where we can inspire, support, and help each other turn our ideas into reality.

1 - Where did it all start?
Lympstone Commando Training Centre!
In 2000, I completed one of the toughest military training programs in the world to become a Royal Marines Commando. It taught me discipline, resilience, and how to perform under pressure — skills I still rely on every day.
2 - What was next?
15 Years in Security Leadership
In 2010, I transitioned to the private security sector, leading operations in high-risk environments, mainly in Iraq’s oil and gas sector. Working in multi-cultural environments gave me invaluable experience and strengthened one of the most important life skills: the ability to connect and collaborate across cultures.
3 - What about university?
Master of Business - without a business?
Having left school and joined the Royal Marines at age 17, university wasn’t even a consideration. I earned my MBA online whilst working full-time because I’d always wanted to start a business but didn’t know where to begin. I wanted the knowledge to match my ambition.
Let’s get vulnerable…here’s my 6 truths
4 - What about public speaking?
International Speaker
I’m glad you asked. Public speaking can be daunting, but never turn down an opportunity for growth. I’m occasionally invited to share my experience at major global industry events, bringing a real-world perspective and practical insights to the stage.
5 - So what’s the next chapter?
Well this is embarrassing
Ok, so here’s something slightly shameful. I’ve always wanted to start my own business but really didn’t know how. In 2017, I registered Brewama… and then, for eight years straight, I literally just paid my accountant to file dormant accounts. I fell into the work trap, steady salary, void of ideas, always wondering what to do, and how to do it. Now, Brewama is finally becoming what I intended it to be; a place to bring together entrepreneurship, investing, and community. It’s about creating opportunities and building the kind of freedom most people only talk about.
6 - So I heard you left the UK?
Relocated to Indonesia
I sure did, me and my family made the tough decision to start a new chapter in Southeast Asia. With a strategy to focus on business, family, and the adventures that come with a change of pace.
So wait…you’re not trying to sell me anything?
Absolutely not……today at least!
Brewama is about leading with value first, real tools, ideas, and connections you can use right now. The goal is to grow together, not push a quick sale. Down the line, yes, I’ll be offering products, resources, and opportunities that can take your business further.
We grow together, Brewama is more than a platform, it’s a community of collaboration.
Need someone on the ground in Indonesia to help with import/export? Done. Want a supplier sourced or checked at the Canton Fair in China? I’ve got you. And maybe you’ve got something I need too, skills, contacts, or experience that I don’t. That’s the point, we help each other win.
Freedom’s not a solo mission, it’s a team effort.
